What is a banner?
A banner is an essential marketing tool and visual aide that establishes and promotes brand recognition. Distinguish your brand or company from your competition and present your logo or slogan with the right type of signage.
What is the minimum order for a custom banner?
There are no minimums for banners. However, we will have to charge accordingly for set up/press time.
What are the most popular banner sizes?
The three most requested sizes are 2'ft x 4'ft, 3’ft x 6’ft and 4’ft x 8’ft.
What is the maximum banner size you can produce?
The maximum banner size we can produce is 8'ft x 12'ft.
Can I see a digital proof before final production?
Yes, our pre-press department will provide two rounds of digital proofs for approval prior to final print production.
Please note, any additional digital proofs will be billed accordingly.
What is the best resolution to submit my artwork?
Our pre-press department recommends submitting Vector or EPS files with a final resolution of 150-300 dpi. Any resolution lower than that will make the logos/images look pixelated or blurry.
What is the standard turnaround time?
Once final proofs are approved, standard production time is 3-4 business days.
Please note, production time may change depending on our current press schedule and how many specialty options have been selected.
Is there additional cost for grommets?
No, we do not charge for the first four corner grommets. Additional grommets can be added. Please contact us for more information.
Do you offer a variety of materials?
No, our banner press can only print vinyl material.
How can I pay for my banner?
We accept all major credit cards and company checks. Please note, a job ticket must be created and payment is required before we can start proofing/final production.
My order is a rush, is a 24-48 hour turnaround possible for custom banner printing?
Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can check with our production department. Please note, rush turnaround will be billed accordingly.
Can you ship material/printed samples for my review?
Unfortunately, we can not send out material/printed samples without a job ticket being generated into our system.
Can I schedule an appointment to review material/printed samples?
Yes, we can schedule an appointment for you in our Jersey City showroom/production facility. There you can review material/printed samples and consult with a production specialist.
Unfortunately, we do not schedule production appointments in our Manhattan corporate offices.
