Built for Rollouts

Location 40 Should Look Like Location 1

A franchise doesn't open all at once. Stores open over months and years, in different cities, with different contractors, and every one of them has to look like the brand. When each location sources its own printer, every store comes out a little different. The real risk isn't printing a nice wall. It's a wall that arrives wrong, or doesn't match the last store, a week before an opening.

We've built our process around that risk, through rollouts of 40+ locations: one approved color standard for the whole program, a planned package for every wall, and checks at every step before anything prints. Whether you're a restaurant chain, a franchisor writing the brand standards or a franchisee opening the next store, one printer means every location gets the same wall.

The Rollout

How a Multi-Location Program Works

1. Set the standard

Match your brand colors against our 20,000+ color library and approve a press proof. It becomes the standard for every location.

2. Survey each site

Send drawings or measurements and photos of each location's walls. We label every wall.

3. Review one document

Estimate and schematic together: prices, panel counts and dimensions for every wall.

4. Print and check

Production against the approved proof, with alignment and QC checks on every panel.

5. Ship per wall

Each wall packed with its schematic, every roll labelled, shipped anywhere in the US.

6. Reorder as you grow

New locations print from archived files, matched to the same standard.

How We Get It Right

What Every Location Gets

Color Consistency

One Color Standard, Held for Years

Color drifts when locations print months apart, on different presses or from different ink batches. Installers know the problem as dye-lot mismatch: rolls that look identical in the box but read as two shades once they're side by side on a wall.

Your approved press proof, matched to Pantone or paint from our 20,000+ color library, becomes the standard for the whole program. Monthly calibration and internal test prints before production mean a store opening two years from now matches the first. Files are archived for 5 years.

Before Anything Prints

Your Estimate and Schematic, in One Document

A buildout already juggles permits, inspections, trades and equipment lead times. The wallpaper shouldn't add another surprise, so before anything prints, you get pricing and the real dimensions of every wall together in one document you can check line by line.

We plan panels from your drawings, CAD or SketchUp files and site photos. The document is easy to forward to your brand team or contractor for sign-off, and seeing numbers and layout side by side has caught errors before a single panel printed.

Installer Packages

One Package per Wall

Every wall ships as its own package: its panels rolled together, wrapped in an installer's schematic that lays out every panel, the bleed and the overlap, with photos of the site and each wall labelled. Every roll is labelled with its wall and panel number.

Custom panels have to go up in sequence, and franchise locations use a different contractor in every city. The package means nobody has to guess which roll goes where or which wall it belongs to. Any local contractor can open the box, follow the panel numbers and hang it right the first time.

Quality Control

Checked Before It Ships

We check that patterns and murals align across every panel before they leave the shop, and that each wall's panels match its schematic. We've caught errors in clients' own artwork files that would otherwise have meant a reprint, a reshipment and a delayed opening.

Panel breakdowns, schematics and roll layouts are generated by our own tools, not worked out by hand, to take human error out of the math. Prints are inspected before packing, and on the rare occasion a roll arrives flawed or damaged, it's replaced at no charge.

Always Reachable

Evenings and Weekends, We Pick Up

An opening is high stakes, and questions don't keep office hours. When a franchisee calls on a weeknight with a concern, or an installer calls on a Saturday with a question about the schematic, someone answers. You get a direct line by phone, text and email, not a ticket queue.

We know how much stress it takes off an opening to get a clear answer the moment a doubt comes up. Our schematics mean most calls are quick, a panel number confirmed or an overlap explained, but people appreciate that we're there whenever the question arises.

Accountability

When Something Goes Wrong, We Fix It

At this volume, mistakes can happen. On one rollout, one did. We paid for the reprint and the shipping ourselves, and then built the tools, automations and control gates that now check every panel breakdown, schematic and roll before production, so it couldn't happen again. It hasn't.

That's the standard every rollout gets now, and it's why clients keep coming back: not a promise that nothing will ever go wrong, but a shop that owns it when it does.

Fast-Turn Campaigns

Campaign & Event Printing on a Deadline

The same brands that roll out stores run campaigns, and campaigns run on dates. We print temporary graphics for airports, arenas, stadiums, event venues and pop-ups, and get them to your venue's installer on time.

Backdrops & Activations

Brand Walls That Change With the Campaign

Press walls, premieres, pop-up shops, venue takeovers and set backdrops, printed in runs of 500–1,000 sq ft so the creative can change as often as the campaign does. We've printed backdrops for productions like a Netflix documentary set, where the wall had to read perfectly on camera.

Removable

Up for the Campaign, Off When It Ends

For short runs we print on removable peel and stick: no paste, no water, repositionable while it's aligned, and it comes down when the campaign does, so the venue gets its walls back. For longer placements, Type II commercial wallcovering holds up to months of traffic.

Compliance

Paperwork Ready for the Fire Marshal

Venues answer to their fire marshal. In New York, decorations in places of assembly must be flame resistant, and exhibit halls routinely ask for certificates before load-in. We supply the fire test documentation for the material we print on, so your venue has it before the graphics arrive, not after an inspector asks.

Restaurant & Brand Work

Franchise & Multi-Location Wallpaper, Answered

Franchises & rollouts

Can you be the approved wallpaper vendor in our brand standards? ▾

Yes. Approve the artwork and the press proof once, and we'll give you a specification for your brand standards manual: the material, the approved proof and the file reference. Every franchisee and their contractor then orders the same wall from us, instead of substituting a local printer.

How do you keep every location's wallpaper identical? ▾

Your approved press proof becomes the color standard for the whole program. The press is calibrated monthly, we run internal test prints before production, and your files are archived for 5 years, so a location that opens years from now prints to the same standard as the first.

What does each location's installer receive? ▾

One package per wall: the wall's panels rolled together, wrapped in an installer's schematic that lays out every panel, the bleed and the overlap, with photos of the site and each wall labelled. Every roll is labelled with its wall and panel number, so any local contractor can hang it without guesswork.

How do you prevent errors before printing? ▾

Before anything prints, you get your estimate and schematic in one document, so pricing and real wall dimensions are reviewed together. Our own tools generate the panel breakdowns, schematics and roll layouts, and we check pattern and mural alignment across every panel. This has caught errors, including in clients' own files, before they became reprints.

Can each location order and pay on its own? ▾

Yes. A franchisor can set the standard and approve the artwork once, and each location can order against it as it opens, shipped to its own address anywhere in the US. Tell us how your program is billed when we quote.

What if a franchisee has questions before or during the install? ▾

Call us. We know how high stakes an opening is, so franchisees and installers can reach us directly, weeknights and weekends included, for anything from a question about the schematic to a last-minute concern. Getting a clear answer right away takes a lot of stress out of an opening.

Can we update part of a mural without reprinting the wall? ▾

Yes. For collage murals that change over time, we print patch kits: peel-and-stick prints that update one section of the wall without reprinting the rest.

Do you work with brands that aren't restaurants? ▾

Yes. The same process works for gyms, coworking spaces, medical and urgent care clinics, supermarkets, big-box stores and sports facilities: anywhere a brand repeats across locations.

Pricing & volume

How much does multi-location wallpaper cost? ▾

Programs of 1,000 sq ft or more start at $5.00 per square foot, quoted by material and quantity. Standard orders run $6.00–$8.50 per square foot for traditional unpasted wallpaper and $8.50–$10.50 for peel & stick, from a 50 sq ft minimum per pattern. Installation is billed separately by your installer. Request a program quote.

What counts as a large run? ▾

Any bulk order of 1,000 sq ft or more, whether it's one large site or the same design rolled out to dozens of locations. Tell us the total square footage and the number of sites, and we'll quote the program as one project.

How much wallpaper can you produce? ▾

About 25,000 sq ft a week. We print on a Mimaki UCJV300-160 with dual CMYK heads, and schedule rollouts in batches, location by location, so each site's wallpaper arrives when its installer is ready.

Can planning the install lower the cost? ▾

Yes. Our schematics allot exactly the material each wall needs, and where a space allows, we print panels sideways within the 52″ printable width for a horizontal install. Planning the layout before production is where large projects save the most.

Production & support

How long does an order take? ▾

7–10 business days after you approve the press proof. Rush production in 3–5 business days is available for openings that can't move. For rollouts, we'll set a batch schedule with you when we quote.

What if a roll arrives flawed or damaged? ▾

We replace it. You never pay for a flawed or damaged roll. And if a mistake is ours, we own it: we reprint and ship at our cost.

Do you install? ▾

No. We print and plan; your local contractor hangs it. Every wall's package includes its schematic, and installers and franchisees can reach us directly, evenings and weekends included. See project management.

What materials suit high-traffic commercial spaces? ▾

Type II commercial vinyl: fabric-backed, scrubbable, and ASTM E-84 Class A fire-rated. We supply the fire test documentation for the exact material, so every location's building department and inspector gets the same paperwork. We also print traditional papers, textured wallcoverings, metallics and peel & stick. See our technical specifications and our guide to fire-rated wallpaper.

Will you sign an NDA? ▾

Yes. We sign non-disclosure agreements on request, before you send artwork, and keep proprietary designs confidential through production and reorders.

Do you ship outside New York? ▾

Yes. We print in Manhattan and ship anywhere in the US.

Campaigns & events

How fast can you print campaign or event graphics? ▾

Rush production takes 3–5 business days after you approve the proof, and campaigns of 500–1,000 sq ft fit that window. In New York we deliver by messenger; elsewhere we ship anywhere in the US, labelled for your venue's installer.

Is temporary wallpaper removable? ▾

Yes. Our peel and stick goes up without paste or water, repositions while it's being aligned, and comes down when the campaign ends. For placements that stay up for months, Type II commercial wallcovering is the more durable choice.

Do you provide fire certificates for event venues? ▾

We supply the fire test documentation for the material we print on, so your venue can show it to its fire marshal. Requirements vary by venue and city: in New York, decorations in places of assembly must be flame resistant, so ask your venue what it needs before you order. See how to choose fire-rated wallpaper.

Can you print backdrops for film, TV and press events? ▾

Yes. We've printed set backdrops for productions including a Netflix documentary, and our guide to wallpaper for film production covers what sets and studios need.

Do you install campaign graphics? ▾

No. We print, label and deliver; your venue's installer or crew hangs and removes them.
