What information do I need to provide for an accurate estimate?

Be sure to include the following details in your estimate request:

  • Total square footage you will need.
  • The material you'd like to print on.
  • ✓ Expected Turnaround Time for Delivery
  • ✓ For wallpaper reprodctions, please email us a snapshot of the wallpaper for assessment
Can I get an estimate without specific artwork ready?

Yes, all we need is square footage, and in the case of recreating existing wallpapers, a reference photo.

Will someone contact me directly after I submit the estimate form?

Absolutely. We will email you, or if you prefer you can leave your number. For time sensitive projects, please feel free to call us directly.

What types of wallcoverings and finishes do you offer?

We have over 35 types of wallcovering finishes which you can browse on our Materials Page

How soon can I expect my project to be completed after receiving an estimate?

Upon final approval of the sample proof, production usually takes 2-3 weeks, depending on availability.

Is there a minimum order requirement for custom wallcoverings?

Our minimum order is 50 square feet of material.

Are there any fees associated with receiving a quote?

All estimates are provided free of charge. We will honor your quote for up to 30 days of receipt.

What factors affect the cost of a custom wallcovering?

For Custom Wallpaper, price is determined by square footage. For wallpaper reproductions, pricing varies based on complexity of design, number of colors and the availability or physical state of your wallpaper sample.

Are there any discounts or promotions available for large orders?

We do offer bulk rates for orders over 1000 square feet. These rates are based upon material/press availability and are subject to change.

What guarantees or warranties do you offer on your products and services?

In our two decades of service, we've never charged a client for a product they were not happy with. You can rest assured that we stand behind our work 100%.

What payment options are available after receiving an estimate?

You can pay with a credit card, check or bank transfer.

Do you offer financing or payment plans for large projects?

We do not offer payment plans, however you only need to put up a deposit of 50% in order to generate a job ticket and get your project going.

Do you offer samples before I commit to a project?

Of course, we always recommend seeing a sample before purchasing your wallpaper. It will be printed by the same press on the exact material as your final rolls.

Are your materials suitable for both residential and commercial projects?

Absolutely. Our wallcoverings are environmentally safe, building code compliant and architect-certified for long or short term interior use.

Do you provide installation services?

We do not install wallpaper nor do we recommend any installer. Our goal as a printshop is to focus on the craft of printing and restoring vintage wallpapers. That said, our materials are traditional, industry standard and familiar to any contractor.

How do I track the progress of my estimate and order?

You won't need to track anything as you will be assigned a project manager who will keep you in the loop every step of the way, from scanning and retouching, to proofing and production, we will keep you informed.

Can I expedite my estimate or project timeline for urgent needs?

Rush services may be available, depending on our workload and your expectations. If your project is time sensitive. we recommend foregoing the forms and emails and calling us directly.

What is the turnaround time for receiving a custom sample after submitting a request?

If your artwork is print ready we can get you a printed sample within 3-5 business days. Samples for restoration projects can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on your samples.
