Custom Wallpaper Printing & Historic Restoration
Print Your Designs or Restore Vintage Patterns With Museum-Grade Quality

Wallpaper Printing
Print your own photos, artwork, or patterns as custom wallpaper. We print on 40+ materials — from peel-and-stick to traditional unpasted in a wide range of textures. Each order is sized to your walls and ships with a schematic so your installer knows exactly where to trim and hang. Press proofs and nationwide delivery available.

Peel & Stick
Self-adhesive wallpaper that installs without water or paste — peel the backing, smooth it on, reposition if needed. Removes cleanly, making it ideal for NYC rentals, accent walls, and spaces that change seasonally. Available in multiple finishes and substrates. Not sure your wall surface is compatible? Send us a photo.

Wall Murals
One continuous image across your full wall — not a repeating pattern. We print murals to your exact dimensions for residential feature walls, restaurants, galleries, and commercial spaces across New York and nationwide. Working from a photo? We'll check image quality before production to ensure optimal results.

Wallpaper Restoration Services
Restore • Reproduce • Reprint Vintage Patterns

Wallpaper Restoration
We recreate vintage, historic, and antique wallpaper from an original sample or photo — rebuilding discontinued patterns correcting fading or damage and matching colors to the original. Used by homeowners, interior designers, museums, and landmark properties.

Color Matching
When you're replacing a damaged section or ran short on a discontinued pattern, the new print has to match what's already on the wall. We scan your sample, build a digital color profile, and dial in the calibrationg until the hues are consistent across all panels and materials.

Press Proofs
We send test prints produced on the same press and substrate as your final job — so you can review color accuracy, artwork scale, and material finish under your own lighting before we run the full order. Every proof ships before production. No surprises at delivery.

Wall Wraps
Large-format adhesive wall graphics - also called wall wrap vinyl, architectural graphics, or full-wall wraps - that cover a wall with a seamless printed design for branding, wayfinding, or immersive décor. Printed on durable self-adhesive films for quick, easy installation, wall wraps can be removed or replaced for seasonal campaigns and are popular in offices, retail, trade events, and hospitality.

Wall Graphics & Branding
Custom printed wall visuals - also called wall signage, vinyl wall graphics, environmental graphics, or interior branding graphics - used to transform walls with logos, messaging, photography, or patterns. Produced on self-adhesive vinyl materials, they’re sized to your space, installed as panels or cut elements, and designed to look professional in corporate offices, storefronts and public spaces.

Wall Decals & Stickers
Self-adhesive graphics - also called wall stickers, vinyl decals, or removable wall graphics - designed to apply directly to smooth walls for logos, lettering, icons, and accent art. Decals can be produced using CMYK color printing, making them ideal for branded interiors, temporary promotions, and retail. They install quickly, remove more easily, and are a cost-effective way to refresh a space.
Frequently Asked Questions
Getting Started
- What makes Fine Print NYC different from other wallpaper print shops?
We specialize in high-resolution, museum-quality wallpaper printing and pattern restoration — not general signage or wide-format printing that happens to include wallpaper.
Our founders run every project directly, with 20+ years of prepress expertise built specifically around printable wallcoverings. That means tighter color accuracy, faster turnarounds on architectural specs, and fewer problems at install.
- Do you work with both residential and commercial clients?
Yes. Most of our work is for homeowners printing photos, artwork, or custom patterns, and interior designers working on residential projects.
We also produce for museums, galleries, and commercial spaces that need archival-grade output — but our process works the same whether it's a dining room or an exhibition wall.
- Where are you located and do you ship nationwide?
Our Manhattan office handles project management and client coordination. Our Greenwich, CT production facility runs the presses.
We ship to all 50 states via FedEx with tracking and signature confirmation. We do not currently ship internationally.
Materials & Ordering
- What wallpaper materials do you offer?
For commercial installations, our catalog centers on building code compliant substrates — Type II Commercial Vinyl (ASTM F793), Class A Fire-Rated options (NFPA 286, ASTM E84), and LEED/GreenGuard Gold certified materials.
For residential and specialty work, we carry Peel and Stick Metallic Wallpapers and eco-friendly PVC-free substrates.
Full specs are on our Printable Wallcovering Materials page. Not sure which material fits your project? Our Type 1 vs Type 2 vs Peel & Stick Buyer's Guide walks through the differences.
- How does the ordering process work?
Start by submitting your project details — square footage, timeline, and any code requirements.
We review material options with you, then produce strike-off samples on your selected substrate for approval. Once approved, we issue a production quote with lead time. Production begins after deposit and final file sign-off.
Standard lead time is 5–7 business days. Large commercial projects typically run 2–3 weeks. Rush service is available.
- Do you provide samples before full production?
Always. We print strike-off samples on the actual production substrate so you can verify color accuracy under your lighting, confirm texture and finish, and check pattern scale and repeat alignment.
- What's your minimum order?
50 square feet. Volume pricing is available for projects over 1,000 sq ft, and we handle multi-location rollouts at scale.
Support
- What if there's a production issue or shipping damage?
Production errors are reprinted immediately at no charge. Shipping damage triggers a replacement within 24–48 hours. Color variance is largely prevented by our strike-off approval process, but if something slips through, we make it right.
We archive every project file, so reorders are straightforward. If there's ever an issue, send us photos — our founders personally handle the resolution.
